IMHO, the reason that TSG is in so much trouble, and Groklaw has been so
effective, is that basic facts are important.
No mortal is omniscient. PJ, as a paralegal, knows to double-check critical
items. It is an art to know which items deserve to be double-checked, because
resources in a law office are scarce.
TSG, on the other hand, may be having trouble in this regard.
