This comment was removed for the
following reason: it included a
link to a video of the DC hearing. I checked
with the court, and no
one except a party to the action is entitled to that
video without
express permission of the judge. Under no circumstances is
it
acceptable to put it on the internet. That is what I was
told.
It was
provided by the court in response to my request that it be made available for distribution over
the
internet.
I've now also obtained a copy of the
court-signed videotape request
form and put it up on scofacts.org,
here. It reads, in material part:
Reason for request,
please be specific: TO REVIEW THE PROCEEDING AND
TO MAKE THE VIDEO FREELY
AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET. SEE ATTACHED LETTER.
