SCO's bankruptcy: In re: The SCO Group, Inc., et al.,
1:07-bk-11337-KG (Bankr. D. Del.)
The SCO Group, Inc. filed a Chapter 11
(Reorganization) voluntary bankruptcy petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court, District of Delaware, on September 14, 2007 at 15:07:11 EDT
(-0400) (see the Notice of Bankruptcy
Case Filing, and this Docket Activity
Report). Trading on NASDAQ of SCO's common stock (ticker symbol
SCOX) had been halted two hours earlier, at 13:08:10 (see this NASDAQ "Trading Halts" page),
but resumed later that day.
The following two nefomatic pages, when working correctly, should
have all of the documents and other information about the bankruptcy
cases that can be retrieved from the court's public (but not free) electronic docket system:
Most of that information can also be found at the Epiqsystems SCO
page (under the "Docket" link (for which there is no
cookie-independent URL)).
