Dear Mr. Wilson:

On July 13, I obtained from your office an audio recording
of the July 12 motion hearing in case CV-S-04-0237-RCJ, SCO
Group v. AutoZone.

Since then, I have made the recording freely available on
the internet.  I do not believe there is anything improper
about this, but I have now heard it rumored that some court
employees believe otherwise.

Please let me know if your office asserts that I am
infringing its copyright, or asserts that I must desist for
any other reason.
